Emergency Rescue Specialist Course

yup. gonna have in-camp training for the next 3 weeks. 4th week back to station and the 5th, OBS. Only be out on the weekends. Damn, i feel like i'm back to my recruit days. haha. the only thing is, i don't have to shave my head for this one. well, i guess the best thing about this course is that i'll get to save money, and eat their crap cookhouse food and get 'free' exercise. ha! sigh, gonna miss my baby during the weekdays.

been thinking these few days about my dj-ing.....
haven't touched my decks in ages and i feel really guilty abt it.
been really busy with work and all.....
after much contemplating, i've decided to close the door on my dj-ing chapter.
selling my decks and everything else with it.....
already there's an interested buyer who wants to deal quick.
the catch is, i'm selling affordably cheap.

i guess i'm really thinking about the future.....
yes, i am. i can't believe i am cuz i'm the type who takes a day at a time.
but woooh, i freak myself out sometimes.
growing up? haha.... i dunno. maybe more on getting old and feeling it.

whatever it is, Drum n Bass lives on in ma blood...... =)

back! ok that was like 2 days ago..... just getting lazy to blog. ha!
so a summarised report on what went on during the trip.

GENTING

those who went there before know that it's the same old story.
got there in the afternoon, checked in then walked ard at First World's shopping centre
then when to check out the casino. slot machines, electronic roulette n horse racing. haha!
went to check out the bigger casino at night. fwah, those players are the big-timers,
changing money by the hundreds like water..... didn't really like the atmosphere though.
consists of stale smoke air and money-hungry-looking men n women who keeps on shouting "pizer, pizer!!!" (picture) whenever the banker opens his cards. and rude men always bumping into me, making you wonder if they want to pick my wallet or they're just plain rude-ass bitches who doesn't have the word 'excuse me' or 'sorry' in their miniature dictionary.

anyway, had some fresh air outside the hotel after that. man, the air is lovely. that's the only good thing i like about Genting, besides the company off course. had a hot caramel latte with ju at Coffee Bean later..... it's awesome just sipping a hot drink, outside in the cool air, talking to your loved one about everything and anything..... ahhhh =)
the next day after, checked out and headed down by cable car. surprisingly, the ride down was quite nice! misty skies and cool air makes my day anytime.

haha, you know the score about this place..... key word SHOPPPPPPING. something that brightens up ju's eyes and makes mine sleepier, dunno why. hehe.....
but my eyes lit up when we passed by NANDOS!!! woot woot!!! i can have NANDOS for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper..... nuff said
shopping covered Times Square, Sungei Wang, Mid-Valley, KLCC, Chinatown, Sungei Wang again.... hehe

finally managed to go to ZOUK KL. felt the architecture and ambience was wicked! but the crowd was a major disappointment. too mixed. china men, old uncle and aunties together with the yappies and youngsters. and nobody danced on the dance floor!!! what the heck!!! so different when i went to THE BEACH. that place rocked! the peeps were just letting loose and partying like there's no tomorrow.

ahhh, all in all it was a relaxing trip. even though i've been to these places before, it's all different when you go anywhere with the person you love most. hope you enjoyed the trip baby! *hugz*

had a great weekend. seldom get 2 weekend days off so made full use of em.
spent it mostly with ju. haha.... who else., my baby! muaks!
managed to head down to Trinity Church on sat to check out their worship.
man i must say i miss worshipping like that!
i guess it meant alot to ju cuz worshipping God together feels even better
it's good to know that your relationship is being lead by God, feels different

oh yes, i'm heading up to Genting/KL for a break.
Ju haven't been to KL and it's been ages since she last went to Genting so, WALA!!!
it seems like i'm going on a holiday every quarter! hehe..... shoiks

have you seen the show The Exorcist: the beginning yet? Go catch it man, freaky freaky show. best ang moh scary show i've seen to date.

Finally, Rusty has a new Permanent home.
The new owner's a dog trainer from the SCDF dog unit.
Sigh, almost cried when i handed the lease over to the guy.
But i'm sure he'll take care of Rusty well.

Strangely when the co-owner leaves for the States,
the dog leaves for a new home too..... coincidence?
I guess it's all about fresh beginnings
Even though it's hard to let Rusty go,
I guess it's for the best.

Rusty, even though you've been a naughty bugger all this while
I still love you dearly. Behave yourself in your new home ah!!! =*)
